PRESSURIZED COLD AND ON-DEMAND HOT WATER
The pressurized cold and on demand hot water system helps keep your work area clean and sanitary. (stanard on The Big One and Heritage Hot Dog Cart but available upgrade for for Cash Calf)
Removable Tow Bar
The removable tow bar declutters your workspace and eliminates a tripping hazards.
PREP SHELF
The detachable stainless steel prep shelf is an optional upgrade. It extends the length of the cart and allows you to optimize the workspace.
STAINLESS STEEL STAMPED NSF PANS + LIDS
These pans and lids are non-corrosive, non-reactive, and hygienic. In other words, they won't rust, won't change the taste of your food, and, most importantly, won't trap bacteria in the metal.
STAINLESS STEEL HAND SINK
Frequent and thorough handwashing helps prevent the spread of germs. Since stainless steel does not trap bacteria, it aids in disease prevention. The 4-basin sink is standard on The Big One. (Sink upgrades are available for Heritage Hot Dog Cart and Cash Calf.)
INTEGRATED COOLER
Storing food at cold temperatures helps slow bacterial activity and helps you keep your customers safe. Plus, you can sell cold products too.
FLAWLESS PROPANE FLOW AND HEAT CONTROL
Dual-stage propane regulators and individual flame adjusters ensure safe propane flow, resulting in efficient, even heating of the cast iron burners. (Heritage Hot Dog Cart and Cash Calf are equipped with stainless steel burners.)
ALUMINUM TREAD PLATE
Constructed of heavy gauge aluminum diamond tread plate and 304 stainless steel, our hot dog carts are bright, eye-catching, and tough.
COOLER RACK
The 40-inch-wide rear cooler rack is an optional upgrade. It will hold a +100-quart cooler. (The actual cooler size will depend on the thickness and dimensions of the cooler.)
DOT APPROVED TOWING COMPONENTS
Tow with confidence knowing that the coupler, safety, and taillights meet DOT standards.
Pressurized Water
A pressurized cold and on-demand hot-water system comes standard on The Big One™and Heritage™hot dog carts. The hot-water heater are available upgradesfor Cash Calf™.
