The Big One is tough, durable, bright, and eye-catching. It is constructed of heavy gauge aluminum diamond tread plate and stainless steel. Featuring six enclosed restaurant grade steam pans, three commercial cast iron burners, and a cooler, The Big One gives you the versatility to sell both hot and cold items. For additional storage, a spacious, dual shelf cabinet with stainless-steel sliding doors spans the entire width of the cart.

It also comes equipped with a pressurized faucet with both cold and on demand hot water with a four basin sink. Both cart and steam pans are heated by a portable propane gas system, giving you the freedom to serve eager crowds anywhere. The Big One comes standard with a removable tow bar.  Eliminate having to maneuver over or around the tow bar by simply removing the pin and sliding the tow bar under your cart until you're ready to hit the road!

The Big Hot Dog Cart comes standard with a Hot Water Heater. Our competitors charge for this as an optional upgrade. We include this $99 value absolutely free!

Terminal Pick Up - Your order will ship via our designated carrier and will be delivered to that carrier’s nearest terminal location to you. Please inquire about the terminal locations distance from you and confirm it is acceptable before purchase. Once this is confirmed, we will provide you with the address to the location, and the delivery company will contact you when your order is ready for pickup

To best maintain the integrity of the trailer, The Big One (HDC) will be shipped and will arrive partially disassembled. Installation of additional components will be needed to complete The Big One HDC.

The Big HDC will arrive with the axle, wheels, and tires installed making it easy to transport from the delivery terminal. Just simply attach the tongue and lights to the cart and it is ready to be hauled to your destination of choice.

NOTE: Please inspect all packages upon delivery. Any damages or shortages MUST be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Notify the carrier and Hot Dog Cart Depot immediately. We will assist you as fully as we can. Please retain a signed copy of the bill of lading for your records. Know that the carrier will make a final determination on all claims.

*Clarifications and Additional Considerations :

• Photos in the product gallery show The Big One (HDC) with the optional rear cooler rack. This item DOES NOT come standard with purchase. However, it is available on our website as upgrade for an additional fee.
• The propane tank is NOT included. Our freight provider will not allow them to be shipped.
• At 275°F, the sneeze guard (not included—sold separately) becomes pliable. Therefore, it is imperative that you REMOVE the sneeze guard before setting the burners to medium or high. Failure to do so will cause damage.
